Shipping /Returns & Exchanges

A note about address changes: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change your shipping address. Please double check the shipping address before checkout to confirm accuracy. In the event it occurs, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to resend your package.

Standard Orders: For United States, please allow 5-7 business days transit time. For US Territories, please allow 6-10 days. For APO/FPO/DPO addresses, transit times will vary 10-15 days, depending on the destination. Orders to all other international destinations varies upon custom inspection and local postal service speed of service.

Refunds: No refund on all items. 

Returns: If you have an item that you wish to return, we will provide in-store credit under these conditions. Please write to us on our Contact Us within 10 days at emailus@myhaitea.com of receipt to receive a returned merchandise authorization code. You MUST contact us prior to returning your products. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT A RETURN CODE. We do not issue credit for items returned without an RETURN CODE. We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error.

 In order to receive full credit, all returns must be unopened in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. 

Tea Exchanges: Haitea will gladly exchange any unopened product for a product of comparable value within 10 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless due to company error. You must email us at emailus@myhaitea.com  No exchange will be given for items returned without an RETURN CODE.
